OMAHA, Neb. â€"  Police say visitors to an online video chat room may have watched a 19-year-old Nebraska man fatally shoot himself in the head and investigators are scouring the man's computer to try to identify witnesses.
Bellevue Police Chief John Stacey said Tuesday that the shooting was reported by a Florida man told police people were talking about the shooting when he logged into the chat room Saturday morning.
Stacey says the Florida man knew the Nebraska man and called Bellevue police. Stacey says officers went to the suburban Omaha home where the Nebraska man lived with his parents and found his body in his room.
Stacey says investigators are working to determine whether the shooting was a suicide or an accident.
